The temperature is relatively high and the overload capacity is limited. The method includes: acquiring three-phase modulation vectors of a circuit wave to be modulated, and determining the maximum and minimum duty ratios of the modulation vectors of each phase in the above-mentioned three-phase modulation vectors; value, determine the continuous zero vector wave of the circuit wave to be modulated; inject a low-frequency modulation wave into the continuous zero vector wave to generate a fundamental vector wave; perform the above-mentioned fundamental vector wave with the modulation vectors of each phase in the above three modulation vectors Modulation to obtain the PWM modulation vector wave of the elevator inverter. The invention reduces the conduction loss and switching loss of the switching device, reduces the junction temperature of the switching device, and improves the overload capacity of the IGBT module.

Among them, the overload torque of 150-180% is required, and the duration is about 3-5s; in the slip test, the inverter 200 %, 0HZ overload torque. In low speed, high torque operation, the switching device (IGBT module) of the frequency converter heats up and increases the power losses associated with the operation of the IGBT module. The overload capacity of the IGBT module of the inverter is limited by the junction temperature. Therefore, the overload capacity of the inverter can be improved by reducing the over-junction temperature of the IGBT switch.
