The IEEE Technology and Engineering Management Society (TEMS) was formerly one of seven Councils of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).IEEE projects in Bangalore The Council became the IEEE Technology Engineering and Management Society (TEMS) as of 1 January 2015. IEEE projects in BangaloreHistory The Professional Group on Engineering Management was established under the Institute of Radio Engineers in 1951. This group became the Engineering Management Society (EMS) of the IEEE in 1955. In 2007 this became the IEEE Technology Management Council (TMC) and in January 2015 the Technology Engineering and Management Society. The IRE concerned mostly radio engineering. The major interests of the AIEE were wire communications and light and power systems. As technology developing, the IRE and the AIEE became difficult to distinguish. And people who belong to both group were increasing gradually. After World War II, the leadership of both the IRE and the AIEE merged the organizations on January 1, 1963. IEEE says its purpose is "scientific and educational, directed toward the advancement of the theory and practice of electrical, electronics, communications and computer engineering, as well as computer science, the allied branches of engineering and the related arts and sciences." In pursuing these goals, the IEEE serves a major publisher of scientific journals, provides learning opportunities within the engineering sciences, research, and technology and so on.

Abstract— With the advent of Ultra High Definition (UHD)
video services, super-resolution (SR) techniques are often required
to generate high-resolution (HR) images from low-resolution (LR)
images such as High Definition (HD) images. To generate such HR
images and video of UHD resolutions in limited computing devices
with hardware and software, low complex but excellent SR
methods are particularly required. In this paper, we present a
novel and fast SR method, called Super-Interpolation.Ordinary or professional Membership requires that the individual have graduated from a technology or engineering program of an appropriately accredited institution of higher education or have demonstrated professional competence in technology or engineering through at least six years of professional work experience. An associate membership is available to an individual whose area of expertise falls outside the scope of the IEEE or who does not, at the time of enrollment, meet all the requirements for full membership. Students and Associates have all the privileges of members, except the right to vote and hold certain offices.
